Description

It is a cooling system with turbo fan cooled well to serve cold food. The well is made of AISI 304 Q stainless steel. The bottom and long rear sides of the well are equipped with copper tubes to ensure proper cooling. With this system the air touches the cold stainless steel surface and gets cooled. Unlike other well cooling systems, the cold air in the well is circulated and touches all the parts of the well efficiently by means of the fans, which ensures much better and efficient cooling in the well. The wells are 15 cm deep and capable to hold 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 GN pans. The refrigerant used is R404A. The well is insulated with CFC free polyurethane. As standard the product comes with digitally controlled thermostat which is in line of HACCP norms and provides visual and audio alarm as a warning of the increasing or decreasing temperatures. Automatic defrost is ensured.
